10ft Container Conversion
10ft Standard shipping container converted into temperature-controlled guard shack. The container is outfitted with a personnel door, windows (with security bars), finished interior, lights, outlets, and a mini split HVAC system. A vinyl overlay has been installed over the existing wood floor. The exterior has also been painted gray.
Modifications Include
- 2” x 4” wood studs 16” O.C. R-13 fiberglass insulation & lined with 3/8” FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) plywood paneling
- 3’ Exterior steel personnel door, handle & deadbolt lock, overhead drip ledge
- (2) 2’ x 3’ dual pane windows with steel security bars
- (2) 4’ LED overhead lights with switch (3) 110V quad receptacles, wired back to 100-amp panel stubbed to exterior for hardwiring
- Exterior painted gray
- Vinyl overlay installed over existing wood floor
