10ft Container Conversion
10ft Standard shipping container converted into temperature controlled mobile workshop. A personnel door was installed at the end opposite the existing double doors. Electrical was installed throughout, including a light, outlets, and a small window AC unit. The customer also requested a steel overlay on the floor.

- 3’ Exterior steel personnel door, handle & deadbolt lock, overhead drip ledge
- (1) 4’ overhead fluorescent light with switch, (3) 110V quad receptacle with dedicated 20 amp breakers, 100 amp panel
- Exterior painted tan
- 7,000 BTU cooling/4,000 BTU heating – 120V window unit
- 1/8” steel overlay on existing plywood floor (painted gray)
- Cable feed access point
- Shelving system (8’W x 7’H x 2’D) 1,000 lb capacity per shelf
- Custom workbench – 72”L x 24”D x 30”H – constructed of ½” plywood and 1/8” thick steel tubing
