20ft Container Conversion
20ft Standard shipping container converted into textile plant operations unit. The container is outfitted with a personnel door, four large windows, the interior is finished, and electrical and HVAC is included. It’s also equipped with a 6’ workbench and the exterior has also been painted tan.
Modifications Include
- 3’ exterior steel personnel door with handle & deadbolt lock and drip ledge
- (4) 36” x 60” single hung dual pane windows
- Interior framed with 2” x 4” wood studs 16” O.C. with R-13 fiberglass insulation, walls lined with 5/16” Hardie paneling ™
- 10,000 Commercial window HVAC
- (3) 4’ LED lights with switch, (6) 110V duplex receptacles, 100-amp panel stubbed to exterior for hardwiring
- 6’ workbench
- Exterior painted tan
