20ft Open Side Container Conversion
20ft Open Side shipping container converted into mobile temperature-controlled equipment testing lab. The interior of the container is finished, insulated with rock wool, and walls lined with stainless steel panels throughout. A personnel door is installed on one sidewall. A large intake vent, along with variable speed exhaust fan installed for constant airflow. Floor is lined with stainless steel overlay. Min-split HVAC system and exterior painted blue.
Modifications Include
- 3’ Industrial steel personnel door with handle/deadbolt lock, drip ledge
- Interior framed with 2” x 2” steel tubing (run horizontally), R-15 rock wool insulation, and walls/ceiling lined with stainless steel paneling.
- 3/16” Stainless steel sheet installed over existing wood floor
- 36” x 36” Combination louver-damper intake w/ actuator c/w insect screen & weatherhood
- 36” x 84” Direct drive variable speed exhaust fan
- 12,000 BTU Mini-split HVAC system
- Exterior painted blue
