40ft Non-Working Refrigerated Container Conversion
40ft Non-Working Reefer container converted into controlled incubation space for our customer’s patent-pending mycelium treatment process. This innovative process used fungi to turn construction waste into low-carbon raw building materials. The interior is climate controlled and equipped with duct work, exhaust fan, and humidifier. Vapor proof light fixtures and waterproof covered outlets installed. The exterior has also been painted teal.




Modifications Include
- The inoperable cooling system was removed. An insulated wall was constructed for mounting the 3-ton Bard™ commercial HVAC system
- Customer spec’d ductwork, CO2 filter, exhaust fan, and humidifier installed
- (4) Vapor proof LED lights w/ switch, (6) 110V duplex GFCI weatherproof receptacles, wired back to 100-amp NEMA 3R panel, stubbed to exterior for hardwiring to shore power
- Installed ½” pressure treated plywood c/w vinyl overlay
- Exterior painted teal
